Enter a watch once. Stop keeping track of it anywhere else.
The reference, the full specification, what you paid, who you bought it from, where it is listed and what it is worth today. All on one record, for as long as you own it. No purchase file to keep up, no comparison sheet, no separate list of what is where.
Built with dealers who were tired of their own spreadsheets.

Inventory
One record per watch, complete enough to list from and to file a return from.
- Photograph, search or type it in
- Photograph it and let Watch Vision AI read the dial or case back, search the reference catalogue and start from verified specifications, or type it in yourself.
- Specification in depth
- Movement, complications, crystal, case shape, bezel, clasp, hand set, bracelet and end links, plus measurements carrying their unit and their source.
- Cost, supplier and invoice
- Acquisition price, date, supplier, their VAT number and the purchase invoice sit on the record, which is what makes the margin figure real rather than estimated.
- Photographs
- PNG, JPG, WEBP and HEIC up to 30 MB each, converted in the browser. The first image is the cover, and per-channel image requirements are checked before you publish.
- Bring in what you already hold
- A seven-stage import reads a connected channel, a feed URL, an uploaded file or your own website, shows you everything it found, and writes nothing until you confirm.
Listings and channels
Publishing is a form, not a second inventory to keep in step with the first.
- One listing form
- Title, description, price, tax scheme, shipping terms and warranty attestation, plus the per-channel fields each platform demands, filled once.
- Push and poll
- eBay, Shopify and WooCommerce are pushed over their APIs. Wristler and Bezel poll a feed Worldwatch hosts for you.
- Sold once, gone everywhere
- When a watch sells on one channel it is marked sold in Worldwatch and taken down on the others, which is the failure double-listing exists to cause.
- Bulk actions
- Unlist, archive or delete a selection, with a checkbox that decides whether the connected channels follow.
Orders
Sell orders and buy orders in the same place, each tracking sale, payment and fulfilment separately because they move at different speeds.
- One badge over sale, payment and fulfilment
- Negotiating, pending, active, shipped, delivered, completed, cancelled. Underneath sit the sale, payment and fulfilment states the badge is derived from.
- Documents on the order
- Sales and purchase invoices, credit notes, pro formas and receipts attach to the order, alongside the insurance certificate where one applies.
- Tracking
- A tracking number and carrier from a list of 24, with the link the buyer can follow. Shipping labels are exchanged between the parties rather than bought through us.
- Where the order came from
- Direct purchase, a negotiation with its full offer history, an auction or a proposal. Channel orders carry the channel's own reference back with them.
Reporting
Margin, stock value and channel performance, each against the comparable previous period.
- Revenue, orders, watches sold, customers
- Each with its change against the comparable period.
- Profitability
- Realised margin, return on investment by brand or by model, margin by brand best first, and net profit by month.
- Inventory
- Stock value, items held, price distribution across bands, and stock composition by brand.
- Channels and contacts
- Share of revenue, units and average price per channel, including sales you made off-platform. Top customers and top suppliers by value.
- Export for your accountant
- One CSV or Excel file in a single language and currency, with purchase and sale VAT, the tax scheme applied, margin, margin VAT and profit per line.
The rest of the business
The parts that are not the watch, and that a spreadsheet handles worst.
- Contacts
- Buyers, sellers, consignors and suppliers with their people, addresses and VAT numbers, an activity feed per contact, and what each of them bought, sold or consigned.
- Tax profile
- Domicile, trade zone, default scheme and rate, margin-scheme usage, reporting period and per-jurisdiction registrations, applied when a listing is priced.
- Team
- Multiple users with role-based permissions from the Pro plan up, and an audit trail on Enterprise.
- Search
- One field across inventory, orders and contacts, because you rarely know which of the three the thing you are looking for is filed under.
