The record everything else reads from
A watch is entered once. The listing form, the order, the margin figure and the reports all read that same record, so there is no second copy of your stock to keep in step with the first.

What sits on the record
- Reference and specification
- Movement, complications, crystal, case shape and material, diameter, bezel, dial, clasp, hand set, bracelet and end links, with every measurement carrying its unit.
- What you paid, and to whom
- Acquisition price and date, the supplier, their VAT number and the purchase invoice. This is what turns the margin into a calculation rather than a guess.
- Photographs
- PNG, JPG, WEBP and HEIC up to 30 MB each, converted in the browser. The first image is the cover, and each channel’s image requirements are checked before you publish to it.
- A status per channel
- Listed, not listed, sold, archived or disposed on the row itself, with the per-channel state underneath it and a control to list or unlist each channel on its own.
- How long it has been sitting
- Stock age in days on every row, banded so anything past six months reads differently from anything under two, and frozen at the date a watch was disposed of.
- One search field, and filters
- Brand, model, reference and SKU are searched across the whole book. Status, listing channel, import source, acquisition date and sale date are filters in the sidebar.
Getting the stock you already hold into it
Four steps. Nothing is written until you say so.
Point it at what you have
A connected channel, a feed URL, your own website, or a file you upload as CSV, XLSX, JSON or XML, up to 50 MB.
Let it scan
It reads the source and reports everything it found, including what it excluded and why, before writing anything at all.
Map your columns
Your own headings against the fields Worldwatch holds, shown against real rows rather than in the abstract, and yours to correct.
Review, then import
You confirm the selection. Nothing reaches your inventory until you do, and the import reports what was created, updated, linked, skipped and failed.
Questions about inventory
Put your stock to work
Import what you already hold, connect a channel, and see what moves. The free plan needs no card, and selling on the Worldwatch marketplace costs no commission.
Questions first? Ask us and we will walk through it with your own stock.
