A contact book, not a sales pipeline
The people you buy from and sell to, with what each of them has actually traded attached to their record. No stages, no forecast, and no fields you will never fill in.

What a contact holds
- A company or a person
- Name, company, email, phone, website, VAT number and address, with the individual people at a company held separately from the company itself.
- What they are to you
- Buyer, seller, consignor or supplier, and often several at once. A role is either assigned by you or inferred from what they have traded.
- Notes, attributed
- Free text against the contact, each note recording who wrote it and when.
- Everything they have traded
- Items they bought, items they supplied, items held on consignment, and their orders with lines and totals, linked without you filing anything by hand.
- How they arrived
- Entered by hand, imported with a channel, created from an order or created from a consignment import, and the record says which.
